  6. Signing the contract of sale 
  7. Submission of the contract of sale to the land registry department (this has to be done within 180 days.
  8. Completion of the sale. If you have purchased a project in development, we will keep you updated of the progress until completion. When it is completed, we will arrange the delivery and key handover. If you buy a completed property, this will be arranged immediately.
