Saved planning context
The decision brief is saved in this browser. Some links also carry selected planning details in the address. You can inspect or clear the brief before sending an enquiry. Do not put passwords, identification documents or sensitive account information in the brief or a shared link.
Enquiries
When you submit the contact form, your contact details, message and included planning context are sent through Go Portal for enquiry processing and coordination with the relevant Mundo team. The form also records its source page, language and consent information. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing emails.
Email updates
The newsletter form sends your email, optional name, language, selected interests and marketing consent to Go Portal and Mailchimp. Your decision brief is not included. You can use the unsubscribe link in newsletter emails to stop receiving them.
Website services
Cloudflare Turnstile checks forms for automated abuse. Embedded maps and external websites operate under their own privacy notices. The site records technical and usage events to help diagnose errors and understand navigation. Avoid entering confidential information in the AI assistant.
Questions about your information
Use the contact page to ask about information you have submitted, request a correction, or ask about deletion. Describe the request without sending identity documents or account credentials through the initial form.
