The larger 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom beachfront apartments are also stunning. There are only 2 per floor with ceiling to floor glass, a large balcony and similar to the front of a cruise ship. They are normally around $ 450-470,000, with sizing from 135 or 130 square meters depending if you prefer the sunrise or sunset view. 

The current promotional price on these start at $427,000 for the 130m2, and on the sunrise side the 135m2 apartments are available at $445,000. For one of the 130m2 apartments. The monthly finance fee including IMTBS is only $228.45, at the super low interest rate of 0.75%, with a 20% deposit, financed over 5 years. 

Of the 135m2 units, we have availability on the 8th floor, and in the 130m2 units we have availability on the 9th and 11th floors.

The HOA is $ 1.50 per meter sq., i.e. $105 for the 70 square meter apartments. 

As a new build construction, the property is also exempt from property tax for 9 years.  However, you will need to pay a yearly land tax, but this would be a small amount between $200 to $300 annually.
