A great plus of these residences is that they come with short-term rental licenses and flexible rental conditions. This means you can rent your apartment for only one month and live there for the other eleven months of the year, or vice versa.
Apartment Financing
Developer apartment financing is possible through a five-year loan based on an interest rate on the market plus 1%. If you leverage your rental income, you'll be able to pay the loan interest, and the price of the apartment can come from your own pocket. Through this apartment financing, there is no penalty for early payments.
