How Montenegro's CBI program works 

In a nutshell, for an investor to become a citizen of Montenegro through its CBI program, two main conditions must be met: 

• Make a non-refundable donation of 100,000 euros to the Montenegrin government. 

• Invest in a property approved by the Montenegrin government.
